Lamborghini’s hybrid V12 flagship already sits at the sharp end of the modern supercar world, but Sant’Agata doesn’t appear to be standing still.
A development prototype for the updated Revuelto has been seen testing for the first time, giving an early look at how the model may evolve before the end of the decade.

A sharper face for Lamborghini’s hybrid flagship
The most immediate change is at the front, where the prototype appears to wear sleeker headlights than the current Revuelto.
Lamborghini’s Y-shaped daytime running light signature remains, which makes sense for a car whose visual identity is built around hard geometry and theatrical lighting.
The front bumper also looks new, suggesting Lamborghini is using the facelift to adjust airflow as much as attitude.

Side intakes and rear aero get a rethink
The side profile points to one of the more notable departures from the current car.

Where it fits in the Revuelto timeline
The timing is interesting because Lamborghini recently revealed the Revuelto SV, its most powerful production supercar to date.
Ordinarily, the natural expectation would be an even more focused SVJ derivative, but this prototype suggests the core Revuelto line is also being prepared for a significant mid-cycle evolution.
The updated car is expected to debut in 2028, placing it deep into the Revuelto’s lifecycle and giving Lamborghini time to sharpen the formula without replacing the model outright.
For buyers and collectors, the facelift could become an important dividing line in the Revuelto story, particularly if the production version keeps the more aggressive cooling and aero treatment seen on this early car.
