BMW Korea is turning its next limited-edition release into a strictly digital event.
On August 11, three special models will go on sale online only in Korea, spanning a performance estate, a flagship luxury sedan and a full-size SUV.
The approach suits the cars themselves, which lean into small-batch appeal rather than broad showroom availability.

At a glance
- BMW Korea will open sales for three online-only limited editions on August 11.
- The line-up includes an M340i Touring with M Performance Parts, a Nero Fuoco 7-Series and a Skyscraper Grey X7.
- Production is capped at 20, 29 and 40 units respectively, with pricing from 99.5 million won.
BMW’s Korea-only digital drop
The three-car release brings together very different corners of BMW’s range, but all share the same online-only sales format and limited Korean allocation.
For buyers, that means the appeal is as much about timing and access as it is about specification.
BMW has been increasingly comfortable using market-specific editions to create a sharper sense of occasion around familiar models, and this batch follows that playbook closely.

Each car uses an existing BMW platform, then adds distinctive paint, trim or M Performance equipment to separate it from the regular catalogue.
M340i Touring gains a sharper M Performance edge
The most enthusiast-focused model in the release is the BMW M340i xDrive Touring Pro M Performance Parts Edition.
Limited to 20 units, it adds a suite of M Performance details including a carbon grille, carbon mirror caps and a carbon rear diffuser.

The exterior treatment continues with a black high-gloss rear spoiler, M340i-specific black lettering and black M badging.
It’s priced at 99.5 million won, approximately $70,588, making it the entry point into this limited-edition trio.
The Touring format gives the M340i a practical edge, while the added carbon and black exterior pieces push it closer to the visual language buyers expect from BMW’s performance accessories catalogue.

Nero Lusso and Skyscraper Grey editions move upmarket
The BMW 7-Series Nero Lusso Edition takes a more formal approach, using a Nero Fuoco Metallic exterior finish to distinguish the flagship sedan.
BMW Korea will offer 29 units in total, split between 19 examples of the 740i xDrive and 10 examples of the 740d xDrive.
The 740i xDrive version is priced at 196 million won, around $139,038, while the 740d xDrive is listed at 170.7 million won, around $121,108.

For buyers who want scale and presence, the BMW X7 xDrive40d M Sport Pro Skyscraper Grey Edition rounds out the release.
That model pairs Skyscraper Grey Metallic paint with the M Sport Pro package and BMW’s illuminated Iconic Glow kidney grilles.
BMW Korea will sell 40 units of the X7 edition, priced at 161.8 million won, approximately $114,801.
