Tiffany & Co. is giving its chronograph story a sharper, more athletic turn.
After opening the Tiffany Timer anniversary chapter with platinum, diamonds and a vivid Tiffany Blue® presence, the New York house now moves into titanium and deep blue, while keeping a precious link to its jewelry heritage.
The result is a limited-edition chronograph that looks contemporary from the front and becomes unmistakably Tiffany when viewed through the back.

At a glance
- Tiffany & Co. has introduced a second Tiffany Timer, limited to 100 pieces, as part of its chronograph anniversary celebrations.
- The 40mm titanium chronograph pairs a platinum bezel with a deep blue sunray dial and turquoise accents.
- Inside is a Zenith El Primero 400 automatic chronograph movement with a hand-polished yellow gold Bird on a Rock set into the openworked rotor.
A sportier chapter for the Tiffany Timer
The new Tiffany Timer arrives 160 years after Tiffany & Co. created its first chronograph, extending an anniversary story that began earlier this year.
Where the first edition leaned into platinum, diamonds and an assertive use of Tiffany Blue®, this version changes the mood without abandoning the codes.
Titanium gives the watch a darker, more utilitarian presence, while the platinum bezel keeps the connection to Tiffany’s jewelry vocabulary clearly in view.

That contrast is the point of the watch.
It doesn’t try to disguise the brand’s decorative instincts, but it channels them through a case and dial combination that feels more sporting than ceremonial.
Titanium, platinum and a deep blue dial
The 40mm case is made from titanium, chosen here for its robust, lightweight character and dark gray tone.

It’s paired with a navy blue alligator leather strap, keeping the overall palette restrained rather than overtly jewel-like.
The dial brings the color back with more precision.
A deep blue sunray finish forms the base, while turquoise accents highlight the minute track and frame the three sub-dials.
The layout is classical and easy to read, with chronograph minutes at 3 o’clock, hours and date at 6 o’clock, and small seconds at 9 o’clock.
That arrangement gives the Tiffany Timer a balanced face, helped by the controlled use of the house’s signature shade rather than a full-saturation treatment.
The Bird on a Rock comes alive on the wrist
The most distinctive flourish is hidden on the movement side.
Tiffany & Co. uses Zenith’s automatic El Primero 400 caliber, adapted to the house’s specifications and fitted with a column-wheel chronograph.
The movement offers a 50-hour power reserve, but its real surprise is the openworked oscillating weight.
Recalibrated for this edition, the rotor carries a 1.4cm Bird on a Rock, sculpted from yellow gold and polished by hand.
It’s a clever use of one of Tiffany’s most recognisable jewelry motifs, because the bird isn’t just placed on the watch as decoration.
It moves with the rotor, following the motion of the wrist and turning the caseback into the more intimate side of the design.
That detail gives the watch a different personality from many anniversary chronographs, placing the storytelling inside the mechanism rather than relying only on dial text or commemorative engraving.
