Rolls-Royce Motor Cars is taking its world of craftsmanship and commissioning to Egypt’s North Coast with The Spirit of Marassi, a nine-day beachfront residency at Palace Beach Resort.
Running from 14 to 22 August 2026, the experience will transform a private villa into an intimate Rolls-Royce setting, bringing clients closer to the marque’s Bespoke universe in one of the region’s most sought-after summer destinations.
It also gives Egypt an important first look at Spectre Series II, presented within a curated programme built around design, hospitality, wellness and community.

A private villa becomes a Rolls-Royce residency
The Spirit of Marassi marks Rolls-Royce Motor Cars’ first immersive residency on Egypt’s North Coast, placing the brand in a seasonal destination already closely associated with regional luxury travel.
Rather than a conventional showroom presentation, the format is intentionally domestic and relaxed, using a private beachfront villa as the stage for personal encounters with the brand.
That matters because Rolls-Royce ownership is increasingly presented as an experience shaped before the car is built, not simply at the moment of delivery.

The residency is designed to bring elements of the Home of Rolls-Royce closer to clients in Egypt, with an emphasis on materiality, personal taste and the quiet theatre of commissioning.
Bespoke commissioning takes centre stage
At the centre of the programme is a Rolls-Royce Atelier dedicated to Bespoke consultations.
Clients will be able to explore colours, materials, finishes and design possibilities with Rolls-Royce designers, beginning the process of shaping a motor car around individual preferences.

The Atelier will also host the unveiling of an exclusive Bespoke motor car design curated by Rolls-Royce Private Office Dubai to embody the Spirit of Marassi.
Michelle Lusby, Lead Designer of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Middle East & Africa, will present the design, adding a clear regional design perspective to the residency.
Alongside the commissioning programme, guests will be able to view Rolls-Royce lifestyle pieces including the Infinity Stylus, Rolls-Royce Chess Set and Rolls-Royce Luggage Collection.

These accessories are a small but telling part of the wider message, showing how the marque’s approach to materials and finish extends beyond the motor car.
Wellness and hospitality on the Mediterranean
The Spirit of Marassi is not being framed only around cars, and that is very much the point.
The programme includes morning yoga and guided sound healing sessions overlooking the Mediterranean, giving the residency a slower rhythm than a typical automotive launch.

During the day, guests and families will have access to an ice cream pop-up, artisanal smoothie bar and creperie.
There will also be dedicated children’s activities, a detail that makes the residency feel more like a private summer gathering than a formal brand event.
For adult guests, the schedule includes intimate social moments such as a Whisky & Cigar Connoisseur Evening, alongside curated gatherings for the Rolls-Royce community.

The programme will conclude with an exclusive closing event marking the end of the nine-day residency.
Spectre Series II arrives in Egypt
The regional debut of Spectre Series II gives The Spirit of Marassi its strongest product moment.
Presented in Egypt for the first time, the model will be shown inside the residency rather than in a large public setting, which suits Rolls-Royce’s preference for private, highly tailored introductions.

Spectre has become a particularly important canvas for Bespoke expression within the Rolls-Royce portfolio, and its presence in Marassi reinforces the connection between electrified grand touring and personal commissioning.
For clients in Egypt and the wider Middle East and Africa region, the residency offers a rare chance to experience the latest Spectre in a setting designed around conversation, detail and proximity.
