Orient’s Stretto collection is growing quickly, and the latest additions lean into colour without pushing the watches out of everyday territory.
The new release adds ten automatic models across two formats, with cleaner 38.5mm Date references on one side and more expressive 41.5mm Day & Night versions on the other.
It’s a broad expansion for a young family, and it gives Orient another accessible mechanical option for buyers who want something brighter than the usual black, silver or blue dial staple.

The compact Stretto Date gets the brightest treatment
The five Stretto Date models keep the formula simple, which is part of the appeal.
Each watch uses a 38.5mm stainless-steel case with a matching bracelet, a three-hand layout and a date window at 3 o’clock.
Four regular-production versions arrive with sunburst dials in green, blue, pink and orange, giving the collection a much livelier personality than many entry-level automatic dress watches.
The dial furniture remains architectural, with applied wedge-shaped indexes intended to echo the vertical lines of city skyscrapers.
A fifth Date model is limited to 2,300 pieces and takes a different route, using an embossed striped dial with a blue vertical gradient finish.
Inside is Orient’s automatic calibre F6722, an in-house movement with hand winding, hacking seconds and a power reserve of more than 40 hours.
The Date models also include a sapphire crystal, exhibition caseback and 50 metres of water resistance, which gives them a practical specification for the price.
The Day & Night models add more display and more polish
The Stretto Day & Night watches move up to a 41.5mm stainless-steel case, making room for a busier and more distinctive dial layout.
At 10 o’clock, there’s a day-of-the-week subdial, while the date sits at 3 o’clock and Orient’s day-night disc appears at 4 o’clock with sun and moon motifs.
The white-dial model is the dressiest of the group, pairing its dial with a gold-colour plated bezel, partially gold-colour plated bracelet and matching gold-tone hands and indexes.
A brown-dial version follows a similar mood with a rose gold-colour plated bezel and matching accents.
The green and navy blue references keep a full stainless-steel exterior, though the green model adds contrast through gold-tone hands and indexes.
The most playful version is the 2026 Spring-Summer limited-edition model, which combines the colours used across the Date collection into a single dial composition.
It places an orange day display, blue day-night register, pink minute track and green seconds hand against a deep blue background.
Power comes from Orient’s in-house calibre F6B24, another automatic movement with hand winding, bidirectional winding, 22 jewels and a power reserve of more than 40 hours.
