Norqain’s Wild One has always been the brand’s most technical sports watch, built around a shock-resistant case architecture rather than a conventional steel shell.
The latest trio changes the character of the collection without losing that hard-use brief, introducing grade 5 titanium top plates across two skeletonised models and one meteorite-dial edition.
It’s a subtle shift on paper, but visually it gives the Wild One a more mechanical, metallic presence.

At a glance
- Norqain has added three new Wild One models with grade 5 titanium top plates.
- The line-up includes 39mm and 42mm skeleton versions, plus a 42mm meteorite-dial model.
- Prices start at EUR 5,950, with the 39mm skeleton edition limited to 400 pieces.
Titanium changes the Wild One’s case language
The Wild One’s reputation rests on its complex, impact-focused case construction.
Norqain uses its proprietary Norteq carbon fibre composite as part of a protective structure, with rubber shock absorbers surrounding a titanium movement container.
The architecture is made from 25 components and is tested to withstand shocks of 5,000 Gs, while a screw-down crown and 200-metre water resistance keep it firmly in sports-watch territory.

For these new models, the big change is visible immediately.
The top cage is replaced by a grade 5 titanium top plate forming the bezel and lugs, while the left-side Norqain plaque and pin buckle are also produced in titanium on relevant configurations.
The result is less stealthy than the carbon-heavy versions and more industrial in tone, especially against the black Norteq back plate and exposed rubber elements.

The skeleton models split compact and full-size personalities
The Wild One Skeleton Titanium 39mm is the most restrained of the three, pairing a brushed titanium top plate with grey rubber elements and a black Norteq back plate.
Its proportions are notable for a performance watch in this category, measuring 39mm across, 11.75mm thick and 45.75mm lug to lug.
The openworked dial uses suspended rectangular indices, with faceted openworked hands and light yellow Super-LumiNova adding contrast without turning the watch into a colour exercise.

Inside is the calibre 4K, listed as the NK26/1, an automatic COSC-certified chronometer developed with AMT Manufacture, a Sellita subsidiary.
It runs at 4Hz and brings the power reserve to 65 hours, a meaningful improvement over earlier 41-hour editions.
The 42mm Skeleton Titanium takes the same movement and case concept in a brighter direction.

Its mint green rubber shock absorber, bezel ring, strap and Super-LumiNova give the watch a sharper outdoor-instrument feel, while the skeletonised bridges retain Norqain’s mountain-inspired design language.
The larger model measures 42mm in diameter, 12.3mm thick and 49.4mm lug to lug, making it the more assertive choice on the wrist.
Meteorite gives the titanium case a monochrome counterpart
The Wild One Meteorite Titanium 42mm is the most visually cohesive of the trio.

Norqain has used meteorite in the Wild One before, but this is the first time the material is paired with the new titanium top plate.
The grey iron meteorite dial brings natural Widmanstätten patterning, while the grey rubber shock absorber, grey mesh rubber strap and grey overmoulded crown keep the entire watch in a tightly controlled monochrome palette.
Unlike the skeleton models, the meteorite edition uses Norqain’s NN20/1 automatic calibre by Kenissi.

It is also COSC-certified, runs at 4Hz and offers a 70-hour power reserve, with a customised rotor visible through the sapphire caseback.

These additions don’t reinvent the Wild One so much as refine its material identity.
For collectors who liked the model’s lightweight engineering but wanted more visible metal in the case, the titanium editions bring the collection closer to traditional tool-watch territory while keeping Norqain’s technical architecture intact.
