Lamborghini’s next hardcore flagship has broken cover earlier than planned, with patent imagery revealing the Revuelto SV before its public debut at Monterey Car Week.
The new variant appears to follow the familiar Super Veloce playbook, taking the already extreme Revuelto and adding more aero, more attitude and likely more performance.
For buyers and collectors watching Sant’Agata’s hybrid era closely, this looks like the first serious limited-run evolution of Lamborghini’s V12 plug-in supercar.

Hybrid V12 power is expected to rise
The Revuelto’s existing powertrain combines a 6.5-litre V12 with hybrid assistance for a total output of 1001 hp.
That power is sent to all four wheels through an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, giving Lamborghini a very different technical platform from its previous naturally aspirated flagships.
For the SV, output is likely to be increased to around 1065 hp, though Lamborghini has yet to detail the final specification.
A revised suspension setup is also expected, which would fit the SV brief and help explain the car’s recent Hockenheimring lap record.
Monterey timing and limited-run appeal
The Monterey Car Week reveal is a logical stage for the Revuelto SV, especially with Pebble Beach attracting the kind of collectors who treat limited Lamborghini flagships as both driving machines and long-term garage centrepieces.
Production is likely to be capped at 1,963 units, a number that would make the SV rare without turning it into an unobtainable one-off exercise.
That balance matters, because the Revuelto SV won’t just be judged against other modern hypercars.
It will also have to carry forward the reputation of Lamborghini’s great SV-badged V12s while introducing buyers to a new electrified performance language.
