Instead, the buildings use gentle curves that echo the movement of waves, with smooth stone, subtly burnished metals and a palette drawn from Saadiyat’s natural sand tones.
The effect is contemporary but deliberately calm.
Apartments and villas are integrated with gardens and water features, creating a residential environment where the architecture sits within the landscape rather than standing apart from it.
Large windows and private terraces bring daylight and views into the homes, while the softer exterior forms help maintain a sense of privacy and ease.

Residents can choose between two interior palettes, light and semi dark, each offering a different interpretation of the same coastal mood.

Kitchens by Molteni feature Gaggenau appliances, while bathrooms include Gessi fittings, Agape bathtubs and basins, and advanced WC systems by TOTO.
Wardrobes by Molteni and MisuraEmme add to the bespoke feel, while Lutron smart lighting brings the practical side of the home into the same design conversation.
