BYD is preparing to put a serious marker down in the large electric sedan segment with the Da Han.
Set to debut in China on August 21 at the 29th Chengdu Auto Show, the new sedan is expected to open for pre-bookings the same day with a starting price around 300,000 yuan, or roughly $44,490.
That positioning makes the Da Han especially interesting, because its size, power and range figures push well beyond what its anticipated price might suggest.
