Porsche’s relationship with the Nürburgring runs deeper than lap times and launch campaigns.
For the circuit’s centenary, the brand has created the 911 GT3 100 Jahre Nürburgring, a limited edition that ties the current GT3 to one of motorsport’s most demanding places.
It’s limited, geographically focused and deliberately dressed for the occasion.

A GT3 dressed for the Green Hell
The 911 GT3 100 Jahre Nürburgring is a tribute to Porsche’s long-standing connection with the Nordschleife, where the company has raced, tested and pursued records for decades.
Buyers can choose either White or GT Silver Metallic paint, both paired with bright green detailing that nods directly to the circuit’s Green Hell nickname.
The green treatment extends to the protective wrap at the front and rear, giving the car a more purposeful visual edge without straying too far from GT3 restraint.
Historic Nürburgring logos, race-number graphics and a gold Porsche windscreen strip add the kind of circuit detail that feels aimed squarely at committed marque enthusiasts.
The car rides on California Gold forged GT3 wheels, sized 20 inches at the front and 21 inches at the rear.
Personal numbers and Manthey hardware
One of the more characterful details is the option to choose a handwritten-style number from 0 to 999.
The style is inspired by graffiti found around the Nordschleife, a small but sharp reference to the circuit’s public-road energy and fan culture.
Porsche will also offer a colour-matched Manthey kit for the special GT3.
That package brings suspension, brake and aerodynamic upgrades, moving the car closer to the Nürburgring development world that inspired it.
With the Manthey kit fitted, the 911 GT3 100 Jahre Nürburgring can generate up to 540kg of downforce at 285 km/h.
Manual or PDK for Germany’s 100-car run
Porsche is keeping the transmission choice open, which matters for a car likely to attract collectors and serious drivers in equal measure.
Customers can specify either a seven-speed PDK automatic or a six-speed manual gearbox.
The 100-unit production run is reserved for Germany, making this one of the more tightly defined modern GT3 special editions.
Orders are scheduled to open in September 2026, ahead of first deliveries in 2027.
