Perrelet’s Weekend collection is taking a more tactile turn with four new automatic models built around natural stone dials.
The watches follow earlier aventurine and malachite editions, adding turquoise, lapis lazuli, tiger’s eye and black onyx to a contemporary 39 mm format that keeps the focus squarely on colour, texture and wearability.

Natural stone gives the Weekend a different rhythm
Stone dials work best when the watch around them knows when to step back, and that’s the basic idea here.

The turquoise version brings the brightest personality of the quartet, with a blue-green tone that immediately reads as summery and expressive.
Lapis lazuli moves into a deeper blue register and may show natural golden inclusions, giving the dial a more celestial character without relying on printed decoration.
Tiger’s eye is the warmest of the four, shaped by brown and golden reflections that shift with the material’s grain.

Black onyx is the quiet option, offering a darker and more restrained surface for those who want the stone-dial idea without the same visual volume.
Because these are natural materials, the patterning varies from dial to dial, making each example visually distinct.
A pared-back dial inside a polished steel case
Perrelet has kept the display deliberately simple, which is the right call for dials with this much natural variation.

Slender baton hour markers and polished Dauphine-style hands are rhodium-plated, giving the watches enough contrast and shine without pulling attention away from the stones.
A date window sits at 3 o’clock with a silver-toned frame, adding a practical note to an otherwise restrained layout.
The dial is protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment, a useful detail on a watch whose appeal depends heavily on seeing the dial surface clearly.

The stainless-steel case measures 39 mm across and 9.56 mm thick, with polished and satin-brushed finishing used to define the contours.
A fluted crown embossed with the Perrelet logo completes the case, while water resistance is rated at 5 bar, equivalent to 50 metres or 165 feet.
The P-321 calibre and two-strap setup
Through the transparent caseback, the watch shows the automatic Perrelet P-321 calibre, manufactured by Soprod, the Swiss movement producer owned by the same group as Perrelet.

The movement runs at 4 Hz, or 28,800 vibrations per hour, and delivers a 42-hour power reserve while driving the hours, minutes and date.
Its construction includes an oscillating weight mounted on ball bearings, with visible finishing that includes sunburst decoration, circular graining on the bridges and an openworked rotor.
Perrelet supplies the new Weekend stone-dial models with two interchangeable options.

The first is an integrated stainless-steel bracelet with seven links per row and alternating polished and satin-brushed surfaces.
The second is a calfskin leather strap embossed with an alligator pattern.
A quick-release system allows the wearer to switch between them without tools, which broadens the watch’s practical range from bracelet-driven daily wear to a more dressed-up leather look.

The new Weekend models should appeal to buyers who want a compact automatic watch with enough material character to feel personal, but not so much ornamentation that it becomes difficult to wear day to day.
Within Perrelet’s broader catalogue, these stone dials give the Weekend line a more expressive face while keeping the proportions, movement and everyday functionality firmly intact.
