Chronoswiss has never been shy about making mechanics look a little unconventional, and the Neo Digiteur Pastel Code leans into that instinct with a softer hand.
The new trio brings Rose, Mint and Sky dials to the brand’s hand-wound digital regulator, pairing Art Deco geometry with a display that uses no conventional hands.
It matters because the Digiteur is one of Chronoswiss’s more distinctive ideas, not just another colour update.

At a glance
- Chronoswiss has introduced the Neo Digiteur Pastel Code in Rose, Mint and Sky dial colours.
- The watch uses jumping hours, digital dragging minutes and sweeping seconds across three separate display windows.
- Each colour is limited to 99 pieces and priced at CHF 11,500, EUR 12,700 or USD 13,900.
A pastel turn for the Digiteur idea
In 1987, Gerd Lang put Chronoswiss on the map with the first serially produced wristwatch regulator, separating hours, minutes and seconds rather than stacking them on one central axis.
The Digiteur of 2005 pushed that thinking into aperture-watch territory, with a jumping hour at noon, digital minutes in the centre and running seconds below.
The Neo Digiteur Pastel Code keeps that vertical logic but gives it a lighter, more contemporary personality.

Rose is the pink option, Mint is the green, and Sky is the blue, each with a sandblasted dial surface finished with lacquer for added visual depth.
The effect is deliberately softer than some of Chronoswiss’s bolder colour work, but it still feels far removed from the conservative palette usually attached to rectangular dress watches.
The rectangular case keeps its Art Deco discipline
The stainless steel case measures 48mm long, 30mm wide and 9.7mm thick, with a cambered profile that gives the watch its streamlined character.

Horizontally brushed arched edges are set off by polished bevels, while the recessed case flanks are sandblasted to create contrast.
Chronoswiss has also reworked its familiar onion crown into a flatter, more compact form, with a fluted underside designed to make winding easier without interrupting the case line.
The dial is built around three deep-set, bevelled openings.

At 12 o’clock, a rectangular aperture frames the jumping-hour display, with a matte white disc and dark blue numerals.
The larger arched window in the centre handles the minutes, while a horizontal panoramic arc at 6 o’clock tracks the running seconds.
The limited-edition number is printed on the dial below the seconds display, a small but visible reminder that each colourway is capped at 99 watches.

Inside the three-disc mechanical display
The Neo Digiteur Pastel Code is powered by the manual-winding Chronoswiss calibre C.85757, built on a Peseux 7001 architecture and fitted with the brand’s proprietary Digiteur jumping-hour module.
The three display discs are made from lightweight aluminium, a practical choice that helps reduce load on the movement.
The module is bidirectional, so the crown can be turned either way without harming the jumping-hour mechanism.

To handle the instant hour change, the system stores energy in a spring and releases it in a controlled burst, while the minutes and seconds discs move as dragging displays.
The movement runs at 21,600 vibrations per hour, or 3Hz, and offers a 48-hour power reserve.
Finishing on this Pastel Code series shifts to radial Côtes de Genève rather than the hand-guilloché wheel bridge seen on earlier versions, a change that also helps position the new editions at a lower price point.

The Neo Digiteur Pastel Code will appeal to collectors who like jumping-hour watches but want something more architectural than nostalgic.
It’s colourful without becoming casual, mechanically unusual without being obscure, and still recognisably Chronoswiss in the way it turns time display into the main event.
