Breitling’s Top Time also belongs to that decade, having launched in 1964 as a youthful, accessible chronograph with a more relaxed character than the brand’s professional pilot instruments.
The connection deepened in 1965 around Thunderball, with Sean Connery photographed beside a Silver Birch DB5 while wearing a Breitling Top Time ref. 2002.

The DB5 cues are worked into the dial

Three limited editions with different temperaments
The collection is offered in three versions, each using the same automatic Breitling Manufacture Caliber 01 but changing the external character of the watch.
The steel model with a silver dial is limited to 1,022 pieces and feels closest to the Silver Birch DB5 mood.

The most precious execution uses an 18k red gold case with an onyx dial and is limited to 250 pieces.
