Breguet has refreshed the Tradition collection for 2026 with a series of watches that keep the line’s exposed mechanical architecture intact while pushing harder into colour, enamel and contemporary wearability.
The new pieces include retrograde seconds models in white gold, platinum and rose gold, a platinum GMT with a green-gradient enamel dial, and a diamond-set 37 mm white gold reference with aventurine glass.
The Tradition architecture remains the central attraction
Since its launch in 2005, the Tradition collection has stood apart by placing much of the movement architecture on the dial side.

Its layout draws from Abraham-Louis Breguet’s subscription and tact watches, with the central barrel, bridges, gear train and pare-chute anti-shock system brought into view rather than hidden beneath the dial.
For 2026, Breguet has not changed that essential formula, but it has adjusted the visual temperature of the line through grand feu enamel, ALD-treated bridges, darker movement coatings and straps that feel less formal than expected.
The 7037 adds blue and black to the retrograde seconds format
The Tradition Seconde Rétrograde 7037 arrives in a compact 38 mm case with Breguet’s familiar fluted caseband, welded straight lugs and a case thickness of 12.7 mm.

Inside is the self-winding Calibre 505 SR, with a retrograde seconds display placed at 10 o’clock and a small off-centre time display at 12 o’clock.
The white gold 7037BB pairs a white grand feu enamel dial with a movement finished in deep blue ALD tones, while the platinum 7037PT takes a darker route with a black grand feu enamel dial and blackened movement architecture.
Both versions use Breguet Arabic numerals and matching rubber straps, a practical choice that gives the watch a more relaxed edge without muting its traditional details.

The 7037BB is priced at £45,900 in the United Kingdom.
The rose gold 7097 softens the same mechanical language
The Tradition Seconde Rétrograde 7097 brings the concept into 18ct rose gold, pairing a warm case with a charcoal-grey execution of the Calibre 505 SR.
Its rose gold balance rim and gear train add a warmer accent to the exposed movement, while the retrograde seconds segment is finished in satin-brushed and sandblasted gold.

The automatic movement beats at 3 Hz and offers a 50-hour power reserve, with an engraved oscillating weight visible through the exhibition caseback.
Breguet completes the watch with a charcoal grey calfskin strap and an 18ct rose gold pin buckle, giving this reference a more classical feel than the rubber-strapped 7037 models.
The 7097BR is priced at £43,800.
The platinum GMT 7067 is the most compelling traveller’s watch
The Tradition GMT 7067 is housed in a 40 mm platinum case and introduces the strongest dial treatment of the new group.
At 12 o’clock sits a green-gradient grand feu enamel dial, moving from vivid pine green at the centre to near black at the edge.
Breguet offers the display with either Arabic or Eastern Arabic numerals, a detail that connects neatly with the Maison’s historic watches made for Middle Eastern clients in the early 19th century.
The Calibre 507DRF uses a ruthenium-toned finish, silver-toned plated wheels, a black hand-guilloché snailed barrel cover and a black GMT subdial positioned at 7 o’clock.
At £63,700, the 7067PT is the most expensive model in this 2026 group and also the one with the clearest everyday complication for frequent travellers.
The 7038 brings aventurine into the Tradition case
The Tradition Seconde Rétrograde 7038 keeps the case at 37 mm and uses 18ct white gold with a diamond-set bezel carrying 58 stones.
Its dial is black aventurine glass, giving the off-centre time display a night-sky effect, with silver-toned powdered Arabic numerals suspended against the dark surface.
The Calibre 505 SR is finished in matte black to reduce glare across the bridges and mainplate, while the barrel cover and mainplate receive sunburst guilloché finishing.
The watch is worn on a black satin-finish fabric strap with a white gold pin buckle set with a further 25 diamonds.
It is priced at £51,300.
The 2026 Tradition models show Breguet refining one of its most distinctive modern collections without diluting its identity, making the line newly appealing to collectors who want visible mechanics but prefer a sharper, more contemporary presentation.
