Zenith has broadened the Defy Skyline 36 collection with a new silver-dial model, giving its compact integrated sports watch a cleaner and more quietly versatile option.
The latest release joins the existing blue, ice blue, pastel green and pastel pink executions, but this one feels aimed at wearers who want the Skyline’s angular personality without a strong colour statement.
A 36mm Skyline with a more restrained dial
The dial keeps the Defy Skyline’s signature star-patterned surface, rendered here over a sunray-brushed silver base.

It is a subtle way to carry Zenith’s star motif, which links back to the brand’s historic visual language and gives the watch texture without making it look busy.
The silver treatment also makes the 36mm case feel especially adaptable, sitting somewhere between a sporty daily watch and a more polished compact bracelet watch.
The angular case stays practical
The stainless steel case measures 36mm across, 10.4mm thick and 40.6mm lug to lug, making it one of the more wearable expressions of the Defy Skyline design.

Zenith has retained the faceted architecture and twelve-sided bezel that define the collection, with a choice between a clean steel bezel or a diamond-set version using 52 VVS brilliant-cut diamonds totalling approximately 1 carat.
A screw-down crown helps deliver 100 metres of water resistance, so the smaller proportions do not come at the expense of everyday practicality.
Elite 670 movement and quick-change versatility
Inside is the Zenith Elite 670 automatic calibre, visible through the sapphire display back.

The movement runs at 4Hz and offers a 50-hour power reserve, with an open star-shaped rotor maintaining the visual connection to Zenith’s wider design language.
The watch is delivered on an integrated two-link steel bracelet and includes a black rubber strap, both supported by Zenith’s quick-change system operated from the case back.
The bracelet best suits the polished-sport character of the silver dial, while the rubber strap gives the watch a more casual option for warmer weather or travel.

Pricing and availability in Australia
The non-diamond Zenith Defy Skyline 36 Silver is reference 03.9400.670/01.I001 and is priced at A$14,800.
The diamond-bezel model is reference 16.9400.670/01.I001 and is priced at A$20,900.
Both versions are expected to be available shortly through Zenith boutiques, authorised retailers and the brand’s online store.
At 36mm, this is an easy candidate for collectors who prefer smaller sports watches, and it also works neatly as a shared watch or a matching pair for couples who want the same design language in a refined, wearable size.
