The latest Scubaqua additions lean into that instinct with translucent colour, ocean-life inspiration and a practical twist on two models through Swatch Pay.
Rather than chase the stern codes of traditional dive watches, the new pieces use jellyfish as a starting point, turning movement, light and marine colour into a bright summer-ready collection.

Jellyfish colour without the usual dive-watch seriousness
The new Scubaqua watches take their names and visual cues from jellyfish, with Medusea, Sea Wasp, Pacific Sea Nettle and Flower Hat bringing a deliberately aquatic palette to the line.
Sea green, midnight blue, solar orange and electric fuchsia give the collection a graphic energy that feels closer to beach gear and marine biology than military instrument design.
That’s very much the point.
Swatch is using the dive-watch template as a canvas rather than a rulebook, keeping the rotating-bezel attitude and underwater-ready build while stripping away the heaviness that often surrounds the category.
Bioceramic, translucency and a 10 o’clock crown
Each model combines matte white Bioceramic with bio-based materials derived from castor oil, creating a mix of opaque and translucent surfaces.
The effect is especially suited to the jellyfish idea, where colour seems to float through the watch rather than simply sit on top of it.
A 44mm case gives the Scubaqua a bold wrist presence, while the matching bezel and two-tone strap continue the saturated colour story.
The crown sits at 10 o’clock, a distinctive signature for the line and a small ergonomic departure from the usual dive-watch layout.
Readable, water-ready and built for daily use
The dial keeps things practical with luminescent hour markers, Arabic numerals and hands intended for legibility in different light conditions.
Water resistance is rated to 100 metres, putting the watches in a useful everyday aquatic zone for swimming, snorkelling and relaxed time around the water.
Two models also add a convenience feature that goes beyond colour.
Medusea Pay and Sea Wasp Pay integrate Swatch Pay, allowing contactless purchases with a wrist tap where the service is supported.
