Le Jardin de Cheval Blanc Paris will reopen on Friday, May 22, 2026, returning one of the capital’s most atmospheric summer terraces to the seventh floor of the hotel.
Set high above the city, the 650-square-metre space is conceived as a warm-weather escape, with open-air tables, planted paths and a relaxed rhythm that runs from lunch through sunset apéritifs.
A seventh-floor garden in the heart of Paris
The terrace leans into a holiday mood rather than formal city dining, pairing red and white furnishings with sunny yellow accents and an easy, convivial atmosphere.

Shrubs, geraniums, rose bushes and vivid red hydrangeas line the pathways, while thyme, basil and mint add a fragrant layer to the experience.
William Béquin’s summer menu
Chef William Béquin’s menu is built around the brightness of the season, with dishes such as a cherry tomato tart and Provençal-style stuffed vegetables prepared with poultry, beef and veal.
For dessert, Pastry Chef Maxime Frédéric will serve a strawberry sundae that reimagines the familiar Italian gelato classic with the polish expected at Cheval Blanc Paris.
Postcards, apéritifs and a slower Parisian pace
Each table will hold a postcard ready to be written and sent, a small touch that reinforces the terrace’s idea of summer as something to be marked, shared and remembered.
Le Jardin de Cheval Blanc Paris will welcome guests Wednesday to Sunday from noon to 11 PM, weather permitting, from May 22, 2026.
