Krayon has always treated time as something tied to place, not just mechanics.
With the Anywhere Parhelion, the Geneva independent gives its sunrise and sunset complication a colder, more luminous character, drawing on Greenland’s ice, water and atmospheric light.
The result is still recognisably an Anywhere, but the mood is transformed through white gold, mother-of-pearl and a carefully graduated field of sapphires.

A Greenland sky translated into gemstones
The name Parhelion refers to a rare optical effect created when sunlight passes through hexagonal ice crystals in high, cold clouds.
It can produce bright reflections on either side of the sun, a phenomenon often described as a sun dog.
For this Anywhere edition, Krayon turns that fleeting polar light into a highly controlled composition of colour.
The case is made from naturally white 18k gold with a high palladium content, giving it a bright white tone without rhodium plating.
At 42mm across and 9.5mm thick, the watch keeps the elegant proportions of earlier Anywhere models, with sapphire crystals front and back and 30 metres of water resistance.
The jewellery work is the defining shift.
Krayon uses 124 baguette-cut sapphires across the bezel, case middle, lugs and crown side, moving from white through pale blue and into deep midnight blue.
The white gold pin buckle continues the treatment with 35 additional baguette-cut blue sapphires.
That gradient wasn’t achieved casually, as the brand spent close to a year selecting stones capable of creating a smooth transition across the case and buckle.
At 12 o’clock, a single white sapphire introduces the new Krayon Cut, a Y-shaped gemstone geometry created for the brand and echoing its logo.
The Anywhere complication beneath the spectacle
The visual treatment may be new, but the mechanical architecture remains the Anywhere’s central appeal.
Introduced in 2020, the model occupies a distinct place among contemporary astronomical watches because it displays the precise sunrise and sunset times for a chosen location on Earth.
That makes it more personal than a conventional astronomical display, particularly because the watch is configured for its owner’s location.
If the owner relocates, Krayon can recalibrate the watch for a new place.
The centre of the Parhelion dial is mother-of-pearl, chosen for its shifting reflections and its connection to the icy blue tones behind the project.
Eleven diamond hour markers use the new Krayon Cut and are invisibly set, giving them a floating effect above the dial.
Around the outer display, the watch keeps the familiar sunrise and sunset indications, rotating 24-hour scale and calendar information, including the date at 6 o’clock.
The inscriptions for midday, midnight, six AM and six PM retain Krayon’s distinctive typography, balancing legibility with the watch’s more decorative execution.
Inside is the hand-wound calibre C030, an in-house movement made of 432 components and 55 jewels.
It runs at 21,600 vibrations per hour and offers a 72-hour power reserve.
The Anywhere Parhelion sits within Krayon’s growing body of artistic interpretations of the model, following editions that have explored métiers d’art, natural motifs and more playful cultural references.
This version is the most overtly jewellery-led, but it doesn’t abandon the watch’s original idea.
