Bread Street Kitchen & Bar has taken a striking new position in London, opening on the 59th floor of 22 Bishopsgate.
The launch marks the 100th restaurant worldwide for Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global, giving the group a landmark address in the City and a fitting stage for one of its most recognisable dining brands.
It also follows the arrival of Lucky Cat at 22 Bishopsgate in February 2025, creating a high-altitude dining pairing inside one of London’s most prominent towers.

A flagship address above the Square Mile
Set inside the tallest building in the City of London, the new Bread Street Kitchen & Bar is designed as a full-day destination rather than a conventional lunch-and-dinner room.
The restaurant sits above the Square Mile with wide views across London, giving the brand a more dramatic setting than its earlier urban brasserie format.
For Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global, the opening is more than another London address.

It lands as the group reaches 100 restaurants worldwide, a milestone that reflects how far the business has travelled from its original London footprint.
Bread Street Kitchen & Bar now has locations across China, Singapore and Dubai, alongside a growing UK presence.
The Bishopsgate opening arrives in the brand’s 15th anniversary year, which makes the timing feel deliberate rather than merely opportunistic.

Kamarl Rees John shapes an all-day menu
The kitchen is led by Executive Head Chef Kamarl Rees John, with a menu built to move with the pace of the City.
Breakfast starts at 6.30am from Monday to Friday, aimed squarely at early meetings, pre-market mornings and travellers staying nearby.
Morning dishes include Lobster Benedict and Hot Cakes, both pitched at the more indulgent end of the breakfast spectrum.

From there, the restaurant shifts into lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and late-night service.
The à la carte menu includes more than 35 dishes, with Galician T-bone steak and Meyer lemon cheesecake among the named highlights.
For the first time, Bread Street Kitchen & Bar is also adding a tasting menu.

The format begins with snacks before moving through five courses, and it will be offered both to à la carte diners and larger groups.
Two set menus will also be available, giving the venue a more flexible proposition for celebrations, business dining and private-style gatherings within the main restaurant environment.
Late nights, live sport and a 24-hour licence
The new opening also broadens what Bread Street Kitchen & Bar can be after dark.
From Thursday to Saturday, the restaurant remains open until 3am, turning the 59th-floor venue into a late-night option for the City and surrounding neighbourhoods.
A dedicated sports bar adds another layer to the concept, with a 24-hour licence allowing guests to watch live sport from around the world at almost any hour.
That detail gives the restaurant a practical point of difference in a city where major international fixtures often sit outside standard service times.
Entertainment is also part of the weekly rhythm, with DJ sets scheduled from Thursday to Saturday and live music on Sundays.
The result is a venue that’s built to handle breakfast meetings, celebratory dinners, match-day gatherings and late finishes without needing to change address.
A new marker for Gordon Ramsay’s London portfolio
Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global has been steadily strengthening its presence at 22 Bishopsgate, and Bread Street Kitchen & Bar gives the group another highly visible London platform.
The opening also features in the Netflix docuseries Being Gordon Ramsay, which follows the creation of the restaurant and the wider ambition behind the project.
For diners, the appeal is straightforward.
This is a familiar Gordon Ramsay name placed in a far more elevated setting, with the hours, menus and atmosphere adjusted for the way London now eats, meets and stays out.
At 22 Bishopsgate, Bread Street Kitchen & Bar feels less like an anniversary gesture and more like a signal of where the brand intends to go next.
