The new Ros’Antico editions soften that silhouette without losing the watch’s disciplined character, introducing an antique rose dial across both the larger Classic and the smaller Piccolo.
It’s a smart move for a watch that has leaned heavily into monochrome restraint, giving the collection a warmer and more distinctive personality.

Ros’Antico combines the Italian words for rose and antique, and the colour choice lands close to salmon without drifting into the coppery warmth often associated with that category.
Here, the tone is darker, calmer and more matte, which suits the Rivanera’s stark geometry particularly well.
The case remains the defining feature of the watch, with hard edges, flat planes and a Grade 5 titanium build that keeps the profile modern rather than nostalgic.
That contrast is the point.
The rectangular format naturally nods to the Art Deco lineage of dress watches, but echo/neutra’s execution is tougher and more industrial than the usual polished precious-metal interpretation.
Classic and Piccolo take different paths
The Rivanera Ros’Antico Classic is the larger of the two, measuring 40mm long, 27mm wide and just 6mm thick.
Its dial uses a stylised railway minute and hour track around the perimeter, with a small seconds display at 6 o’clock adding balance and a hint of old-world instrument design.
The Piccolo is more compact at 33mm by 26mm, with a 7mm thickness and a dial that changes the mood entirely.
Instead of timing tracks and small seconds, the Piccolo uses a geometric guilloché pattern with hours, minutes and a date display.
It’s still decorative, but the cleaner hand set and absence of visible scales make it feel quieter on the wrist.
Two movements, two personalities
The Classic runs on the ETA 7001 Elaboré, a manually wound calibre with a 42-hour power reserve and a 3 Hz frequency.
That movement suits the thin case and reinforces the more traditional feel of the larger model.
The Piccolo uses the Sellita SW1000 Elaboré automatic, offering a 46-hour power reserve and a 4 Hz beat rate.
Despite being the smaller watch, the Piccolo is the pricier option, helped along by its guilloché dial treatment and automatic movement.
Both watches carry 30 metres of water resistance, which positions them firmly as dress-leaning daily pieces rather than sports watches.
