Christopher Ward’s latest limited edition gives its modern dive-watch line a sharper conservation focus.
The Trident 30×30 is a 500-piece release created in support of the Blue Marine Foundation, with a bright aquatic dial and a donation structure tied directly to the wider push to protect more of the world’s oceans by 2030.

The Trident 30×30 takes the 41mm stainless steel dive-watch case associated with the C60 Trident Reef and gives it a dial with a more sculptural, coastal character.
Its stamped three-dimensional surface uses a wave pattern rather than the dune-like texture seen on the C65 Dune Aeolian.
The colour is described as parrotfish blue, a light teal shade that leans into the iridescent tones of reef life without becoming overly decorative.
A red seconds hand and matching automatic text at 6 o’clock add just enough contrast to keep the dial lively.
With 200m of water resistance, a screw-down crown and either rubber or steel bracelet options, the watch keeps the practical stance expected of the Trident family.
Sellita’s longer-running automatic calibre
Inside is the Sellita SW200-2 Power+ automatic movement, a modernised take on a proven Swiss calibre with a 65-hour power reserve.
Christopher Ward lists the movement’s accuracy at -5/+12 seconds per day, a useful everyday tolerance for a watch designed to be worn rather than stored.
The movement is hidden behind a solid caseback stamped with a Blue Marine Foundation 30×30 motif.
The caseback also carries the individual limited-edition number out of 500, giving the watch a more explicit sense of place within the run.
