Acer is widening its Windows laptop range with two Snapdragon-powered machines aimed at very different users.
The Swift Spin 14 AI sits at the premium end with a convertible design, strong on-device AI credentials and claimed multi-day battery life, while the Aspire Go 15 brings Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon C platform into Acer’s mainstream notebook line.
Together, they show how Arm-based Windows laptops are moving beyond a single category and into a broader mix of price points and formats.

At a glance
- Acer has introduced the Swift Spin 14 AI and Aspire Go 15, expanding its laptop portfolio with new Snapdragon-powered Windows machines.
- The Swift Spin 14 AI is a 14-inch convertible Copilot+ PC with Snapdragon X2 Elite or X2 Plus processors and an 80 TOPS NPU.
- The Aspire Go 15 is positioned as an accessible everyday laptop and is the first announced notebook powered by the Snapdragon C platform.
Swift Spin 14 AI brings Snapdragon X2 to a convertible format
The Swift Spin 14 AI is the more ambitious of the two, pairing Acer’s 360-degree hinge design with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon X2 Elite and Snapdragon X2 Plus processors.
Its hardware pitch centres on mobility without giving up serious multitasking credentials.
The laptop includes an NPU rated at 80 TOPS, designed to handle on-device AI features across Windows 11 Copilot+ PC experiences and Acer’s own productivity tools.

Acer is also positioning it as a compact workspace hub, with support for up to three external 4K monitors.
Configurations run up to 32 GB of LPDDR5X memory and up to 1 TB of SSD storage, which puts it firmly in premium ultraportable territory rather than casual tablet-replacement territory.
The integrated Adreno GPU supports DirectX 12.2 and hardware-accelerated ray tracing, giving the machine more graphical headroom for creative work and advanced visual tasks than the slim convertible form might suggest.

A pen-first design with travel-friendly dimensions
The Swift Spin 14 AI’s 14-inch WUXGA IPS glass display supports touch input and ships with the Acer Active Stylus 420 as standard.
The stylus uses Wacom AES 2.0 technology, with 4,096 pressure levels and tilt detection for more natural writing, sketching and shading.
Acer has built a stylus garage into the laptop, which is a small but useful detail for anyone who has owned a pen-enabled notebook and misplaced the pen at the wrong moment.
A 30-second charge gives the stylus up to 100 minutes of use.
The chassis is aluminium and finished in cobalt blue, with MIL-STD-810H durability certification for extra reassurance on the road.
At 15.9 to 16.5 mm thick and starting at 1.34 kg, it should sit comfortably in the ultraportable class while still offering a full port set.
Connectivity includes dual USB Type-C ports, dual USB Type-A ports and HDMI 2.1, avoiding the minimalist port layout that can make some thin laptops overly dependent on adapters.
AI features, conferencing and battery life
As a Copilot+ PC, the Swift Spin 14 AI supports Windows 11 features such as Click-to-Do, which offers context-aware actions for items shown on screen.
AcerSense is also included for device control and personalisation, while Acer My Key works as a programmable shortcut for opening apps, websites or Windows features.
For video calls, Acer has fitted a 5 MP IR camera with Windows Hello facial login.
The camera can also automatically lock the laptop and provide eye-health break reminders, while Acer PurifiedView adds AI-enhanced webcam effects.
Audio and voice capture are handled by three microphones, Acer PurifiedVoice noise cancellation, DTS:X Ultra Audio through dual speakers and Snapdragon Sound support for compatible wireless earbuds and earphones.
Wireless connectivity is also current-generation, with Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0 and Bluetooth LE Audio.
Battery life is one of the headline claims, with Acer quoting up to 23 hours of video playback and up to 16.5 hours of web browsing for the Swift Spin 14 AI.
Fast charging is supported through a USB 4 Type-C port with up to 100-watt DC-in.
Aspire Go 15 moves Snapdragon into everyday computing
The Aspire Go 15 has a simpler brief.
It’s designed for everyday work, browsing, streaming and staying connected, using the new Snapdragon C processor in a cool and quiet design.
Acer’s announcement makes the Aspire Go 15 the first laptop announced with the Snapdragon C platform, an important step for bringing Qualcomm-powered Windows machines into a more accessible segment.
The laptop offers up to 8 GB of memory and 512 GB of storage, along with a 15.6-inch display with narrow bezels.
Its port selection includes dual full-function USB Type-C ports and HDMI, while Wi-Fi 6E handles wireless connectivity.
AcerSense is included here too, giving users a quick way to manage battery settings, storage and apps.
Acer has also highlighted more considered packaging and materials, with the Aspire Go 15 packaged in 100 percent recyclable materials and using components made with post-consumer recycled plastic.
