The Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation has renewed its official support and sponsorship of the National Auto Award, confirming its role in the 14th edition scheduled for 2026.
The move strengthens one of Saudi Arabia’s established automotive recognition platforms at a time when the Kingdom’s car market, mobility sector and motorsport calendar are becoming increasingly important to the wider economy.
A 14th edition with wider industry attention
The National Auto Award has developed over 14 years into a prominent annual platform for recognizing achievement across the Saudi automotive industry.

Organized by PR Arabia, the program highlights companies, individuals and specialist organizations whose work contributes to consumer choice, service quality, competition and innovation in the market.
SAMF’s role connects awards culture with motorsport growth
For SAMF, the renewed partnership is more than ceremonial, since the federation’s mandate sits at the intersection of automotive culture, motorsport development and national industry visibility.
The federation’s continued involvement gives the award institutional weight while supporting private-sector initiatives that help raise standards across dealers, manufacturers, service providers and related automotive businesses.
Certified categories and market contributors in focus
The 2026 edition will include an industry poll centered on certified vehicle categories, giving the program a structured framework for evaluating models and market performance.
It will also recognize specialist entities that play a role in the development of Saudi Arabia’s automotive ecosystem, widening the spotlight beyond carmakers alone.
Jeddah ceremony planned for November 2026
The crowning ceremony is planned for Jeddah in November 2026, with participation expected from major automotive companies, sector experts and senior industry figures.
Walid Karanouh, Founder and Secretary-General of the National Auto Award, said SAMF’s continued presence as a key partner gives the program added momentum as it works to improve its standards and raise the level of competition.
The renewed sponsorship also aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, particularly the push to diversify the economy and position the Kingdom as a regional hub for automotive business, mobility events and motorsport activity.
