COYA will open in Ibiza this June with COYA Beach and its first collection of rooms and suites, marking the brand’s move from destination dining into a more complete beach-and-stay concept.
A new COYA address on Playa d’en Bossa
The new Ibiza destination is planned for Playa d’en Bossa, one of the island’s most active coastal stretches and a natural setting for COYA’s mix of Latin American cooking, cocktails and music-led hospitality.
Rather than operating solely as a restaurant, COYA Ibiza is being shaped as an all-day rhythm, with beach time, long lunches, sunset drinks and late evenings designed to flow into one another.
COYA’s first rooms and suites
The launch introduces the brand’s first accommodation, placing guests close to COYA Beach while giving them a quieter retreat at the end of the day.
The interiors will follow COYA’s established visual language, using warm natural materials, deep tones and subtle Latin American details in a way intended to feel relaxed rather than overly formal.
Room categories include COYA Vista Rooms with private balconies and COYA Selva rooms with private gardens and jacuzzis, while the COYA Mirador Suite adds a rooftop terrace, sea views, a jacuzzi and a Balinese bed.
Beach privileges and a wider lifestyle offer
Guests staying at COYA will receive benefits such as a welcome drink at the COYA Pisco Bar, direct beach access, priority restaurant reservations, preferred sunbed access and dedicated guest relations.
Stays will also connect to COYA Rewards, the brand’s global loyalty programme, extending recognition and privileges across its international locations.
The Ibiza opening will sit within The Site Ibiza, a broader luxury destination combining hospitality, gastronomy, art, fashion and retail, with COYA joining a curated dining hub on the property.

Retail collaborations join the Ibiza launch
COYA Ibiza will also introduce a retail element, including an Orlebar Brown capsule collection created for COYA and jewellery from APM Monaco, including its Meteorites collection and a new summer line.
With established addresses in London, Marbella, Monaco and Dubai, COYA’s Ibiza debut feels like a calculated expansion into a market where dining, music and travel often operate as one experience.
For travellers who want Ibiza’s social energy without separating the beach club, restaurant and hotel parts of the trip, COYA Ibiza is positioning itself as a single destination rather than just another summer opening.
